On 2/18 with light and signs on my car I patrolled all streets from 1 PM to 2:15 PMno suspicious activity.
On 2/18 I patrolled all streets with lights on my car. I was stopped by park resident Betsy Robinson who reported a suspicious black jeep GFX 653 parked at end of C street in the public ocean access area reporter stated that she had reported the vehicle to the police she said there were a male and a female in the car and a pit bull dog tied to the bumper of the car and the dog made it impossible for her to continue her walk.
I continued my patroll down the dirt road part of beack and paridise and found a young woman crying

Girl told me her name was Lovena Perry .I stopped when I saw the girl crying and asked her if she was alright, she stated that she was the female in the black jeep in question and that the police took the man that was in the black jeep away. She further stated that she had called a friend to come pick her up and she will pick up the dog and take the black jeep home with her. Girl reportrd that the police officers did not see her when they came because she was not in the car.
I feel that I should just send you this information and you can decide if you wish to do anything with it.
