Observed truck traveling sloooooooooooooowly on Paradise Ala Kai, heading toward E.
When asked if they needed help, the driver and passenger simultaneously replied no, they were just looking at the area.
Back of pick up was piled high with stuff.
Couple appeared to be in their 50's, tanned complexion, unclean and unkempt.
Rear license plate bent unable to read letters.
