Suspicious Activity - Yellow truck

From a PAKA email sent 6/4: This suspicious activity was reported yesterday on Beach Avenue. No police report was made.
Someone driving an old yellow truck (maybe an old helco truck) passed by my house on Beach Rd. near F going towards Paradise, slowing down checking out my neighbor's and my house. When he saw me looking out the window, he promptly drove off.
It's obvious that my neighbor is away as all the windows and blinds are closed.

06/04/10 in reading this posting- I recall yesterday morning seeing that yellow truck which appeared to be an old HELCO truck going around the streets down here in the neighborhood. It went up and down "B" street more than once but I only paid scant attention, because it appeared to be a legit truck- am not sure now and we will continue to be vigilant
